High speed packaging system for multi-operator bag loading
Introducing the SPrint™ - a new dimension in packing speed and reliability.
If your application requires high speed “Print-n-Pack” of individual products or kits of mixed components, with the robust construction to withstand multi-shift operation, the solution is SPrint™.
The SPrint™ system is designed to satisfy high volume requirements, typically greater than two million finished packages annually, yet retains all the flexibility needed for fast product and bag changeovers with minimum loss of production.
SPrint™ fits in-line with your production equipment, automatically indexing, trimming and sealing each bag. SPrint™ gives the option of adding barcodes, logos and other variable information - the Precision™ thermal transfer imprinter maximises productive efficiency by eliminating off-line labelling.
Products can be inserted either manually or automatically in intermittent or continuous mode. With operation in continuous mode, 120 finished packages per minute can be produced.
Multiple bags are opened along the 640mm or 1450mm load area, making SPrint™ ideal for batch index kit building - simply select this option from the easy-to-use control panel. Accomodates up to three operatives, giving kit fulfilment at speeds never before imaginable.
